Jiawei is a PhD candidate in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Auckland (New Zealand) and member of the
New Dexterity research group. Jiawei holds a BEng in Electronic Information Science and Technology from Nanjing Agricultural
University (China) and a MRes in Robotics from University College London (UK). His research focuses on the modelling, design
and development of adaptive robot hands for aerial grasping.
